Link dimensions in a sketch

Procedure to link the dimension from 400 mm to that of 750 mm :

1- give a name to the pilot dimension (edit the dimension by double clicking on it) ;

2- edit the dimension to control and click on the  icon to open the expression editor ;

3- write the dependency relation respecting the syntax :

        .Constraints.PilotDimensionName

           NB :  It is possible to complete the expression (* / + - ...)

 

In practice : To write the relation,
type "." and the system displays
the possibilities ... otherwise type
the name of the pilot dimension.

 

In the same expression, several
pilot dimensions may intervene.
